I worked with the Leasing and Property Management teams of 150 North Michigan to plan a broker event and develop accompany materials to promote the lease of new spec suites and available space in the building. The materials included a tri-fold pocket folder with relevant leasing inserts, banner stands showcasing the building amenities, and accompanying leasing emails prior to and after the event.
